She was predeceased by: her husband Francis G. Perkins; her brothers, Henry and Robert Seymour; and her parents, William Seymour and Belva Stowe Seymour.
She is survived by: her children, Rodney Perkins, Hermon, Pamela Doty, Karen Coutermarsh, Theresa, Amy, Tom Jordan, Sara and Scott Robinson of Boxford, MA; and her sister Barbara Thomas of Colton, NY. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and nineteen great grandchildren.
