He was predeceased by: his parents, Addison Dashner and Harriet Dashner (Aldrich); and his siblings, Charlotte Whitney, Paul, Richard and Merton Dashner.

He is survived by: his siblings, Patricia Towne, Elizabeth "Libby" Dashner, Roger and Howard Dashner. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
