He was predeceased by: his brother James Perry. He is survived by: his wife Kay Perry; his children, Joette Hentz (Stephen) and John Perry (Jeanette); his uncle Donnie O'Riley; his siblings, Judy Coyle, Joseph Alan Perry (Peggy) and Timmy Tamamaoto; and his grandchildren, Thomas Joseph Hentz (Megan), Anthony J. Perry (Anita), Stephen J. Hentz and Alexandra D. Hartle (Jordan). He is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
