She was predeceased by: her parents, William Parker and Beatrice Parker (Johnson); her brother Phillip Parker; and her son Dale Alan Tuttle. She is survived by: her husband Ronald L. Tuttle; her children, Ronald L. Tuttle Jr. (Barbara), Deborah "Debbie" Woods (Judd Reed) and Rusty Tuttle (Heather); her sisters, Belva Church and Velva O'Hearn; her grandchildren, Ryan, Marcus, Chad, Cody, Levi, Lauren, Alysa, Michael, Alana, Noah and Connor; and her great grandchildren, Kailyn, Karlie, Oaklynn, Gracen and Piper. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
