She was predeceased by: her parents, Raleigh Perkins and Eliza Perkins (Brooker); her husband Robert E. Johnston; her daughter Joan Lee "Joanie" Johnston; and her siblings, Leah, Launa and Bud.
She is survived by: her children, Timothy Johnston (Koni Peterson) and Lisa Jane Netto (Alfred). She is also survived by great grandchildren, and adored nieces and nephews.
