He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold F. Mitchell and Catherine E. Mitchell (Adams). He is survived by: his children, Kathleen Shultz of Florida, Marybeth Cohick of Florida, Karen Harrison of Florida and Amanda Berry. He is also survived by grandchildren and four-great-grandchildren, also, four half-brothers and one half-sister.
