It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Douglas W. Weldon of Gouverneur, New York, who passed away on September 24, 2022, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Carl F. Weldon; his son Steven Weldon; his siblings, Wilma R. Girard (Weldon), Ralph Weldon and James Weldon; and his grandson Joseph Weldon.
He is survived by: his wife Alice E. Weldon; his children, Larry, Lisa Weldon (Curcio), Diane (Weldon), Charles Williams, Danny, Gina Weldon (Carbone), Teresa (Weldon) and Scott Gillan; his daughter-in-law Jane Weldon (Morrill); and his siblings, Joyce E. Walton (Weldon), Roger and Sharon Weldon. He is also survived by 29 grandchildren, many great-grandchildren, 2 great-great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
Donations in memory of Douglas may be made to the Gouverneur Volunteer Fire Department or Gouverneur Volunteer Rescue Squad.
