He was predeceased by: his father Frederick Horton. He is survived by: his mother Evelyn J. LaForty Horton of Gouverneur, NY; his sister Kelly; his brother-in-law Michael Countryman of Antwerp, NY; his brother Daniel Horton of Gouverneur, NY; and his pet Trouble. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
