He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Jenne and Myrah Jenne (Worden); his brother Leslie; and his nephew Leslie Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Velda Simons; his children, Ilene Burke (David) and David Jenne (Beth Gridley); and his grandchildren, Megan Burke, David James Jenne (Amy) and Montana. He is also survived by brothers and sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, and cousins.
