She was predeceased by: her father Carlton W. Forsythe, Sr.; her husband John Manly; her brother Roy Forsythe; and her grandson Ryan McDonald. She is survived by: her children, Dale C. Simmons of Antwerp and Christine Exford of Poughkeepsie, Tamie; and her siblings, Carlton Forsythe, Jr. of Gouverneur and Janice Forsythe of DeKalb. She is also survived by her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
