He was predeceased by: his father Charles Fletcher Rathbun. He is survived by: his mother Edith Elizabeth Rathbun (Halliday); his wife Elizabeth "Beth" Rathbun; his children, Rob Rathbun (Melinda Abbott), Travis Rathbun (Holly) and Jessica Prashaw; his grandchildren, Khloe, Dason, Brayden, Kinslee, Trevor and Joey; and his siblings, Pam Jackson (Kevin), Charles "Chuck" Rathbun (Kathy), Troy Rathbun (Kelly) and Fred Rathbun.
Donations in memory of Buddy may be made to his family to cover his final expenses in care of Elizabeth Rathbun, 213 Quarry Road, Gouverneur NY 13642.
