She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil Rice and Nelda Rice (Price); and her husband Roy Earnest Seavey. She is survived by: her daughter Rochelle; her son-in-law John Pratt of Gouverneur; her granddaughters, Morgan (Duane Neaves), Erin (Shawn Hays) and Sarah (Justin Fitzgerald); and her great grandchildren, Jillian Neaves, Harley Neaves, Ethan Fitzgerald, Electa Fitzgerald, Elise Fitzgerald, Jayda Hays and Zachary Hays.
