He is survived by: his wife Flora; his children, Michael Webb (Wendy) of Georgia, Robert Webb of Rome, Richard Webb of Gouverneur and Eric Webb (Rose) of Lafargeville; his siblings, Elsie, Benjamin, Shirley, Francis and Mary; and his grandchildren, Matthew Webb (Sara Beth) of Georgia and Sarah Faye Whitby (Phillip) of Georgia.
