He was predeceased by: his parents, Polly Storey and Walter "Buzz" Storey; and his brother Jerry Storey. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Strauss; his stepdaughter Hanna Ingber; his stepgrandchildren, Isaac and Aarav Yerasi; his stepdaughter Rebecca Ingber (Anton Metlitsky); his stepgrandchildren, Alma and Tess Metlitsky; and his siblings, Beth Evancheck (Ron), Jeanne Baugh (Jim Gallo), Phil Storey (Sabine Ocker) and Ted Storey (Cheryl). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
The family requests in lieu of flowers that donations be made in Storey's memory to the ACLU, where he was a member for more than 40 years, or the Goshen Humane Society.
