It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas Powell of Goshen, New York, who passed away on January 28, 2021, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, William Powell and Ellen Powell (McMahon); and his wife Irene Powell. He is survived by: his children, Irene T. Powell of Goshen, NY, Maureen A. Powell of Seaside Park, NJ, Thomas J. Powell (Susan) of Central Valley, NY, James M. Powell (Kathy) of Pine Bush, NY, Josephine M. Toohey (Daniel) of Goshen, NY and William J. Powell (Priscilla) of Middletown, NY; his grandchildren, Stephanie Powell, Christopher Powell (Kristin), Meghan Sabbagh (Kevin), Patrick Powell (Jessica), Kayla Parker (Eric), Danielle Toohey and Mckenzie Powell; and his great grandchildren, Henry, Lucy Powell and Cecilia Sabbagh.

In lieu of flowers the family requests that memorial donations be made in Thomas's name to Hospice of Orange and Sullivan Counties or St. Jude's Children's Hospital, Memphis, TN..
