She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Eli Bally and Fannie Bally (Boyajy); her husband William J. Hammer; her children, Bruce F. Bach (Laurie) of Slovenia, Bonnie Heslop (James) of Goshen and Heidi Williams (Bruce) of Suffield, CT; her grandchildren, Julie, Mark and Kyle; her great grandchildren, Avary, Weston and Emre; and her brothers, Raymond Bally (Janet) of Goshen and Ronald Bally of Goshen. She was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made in Susan's name to Hospice of Orange and Sullivan County's and Saint James Episcopal Church, 1 St James Place, Goshen, NY 10924.
