He is survived by: his parents, Wendy Scotto (Christine Kurtz) and Anthony Scotto; his stepmother Kelly of Goshen, NY.; his grandparents, Madeline Kozireski and Michele Scotto; and his aunts and uncles, Elvira (Ron Padavano), Theresa (Todd McAteer), Warren Kozireski (Heidi), Wayne Kozireski (Michele) and Wesley (Crystal).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made in Michael's name to the Maria Ferrari Children's Hospital or to a charity of one's choice.
