She is survived by: her mother Mary Horan (Hannafin); her husband Dr. Barry Altura; her children, Joseph Altura and Dr. Melissa Altura; her son-in-law Dr. Erik Petersen; and her grandchildren, Soren and Kieran Altura-Petersen.
