She was predeceased by: her parent John McElwee; her husband John J. McCormick; and her sisters, Mary Farrar, Helen Petillo and Sarah Christine Falkowski.
She is survived by: her parent Helena McElwee; her children, Kenneth McCormick, John McCormick (Deborah) and Kathleen (Robert Kish); her grandchildren, Katlyn Kish, Ryan Kish, Devon Kish and Lieutenant Colonel Andrew Sanders; and her great grandchildren, Paul, Thomas, Hannah and Noah Sanders.
