She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank L. Lempka Sr. and Catherine Heter Lempka; and her siblings, Conrad, Frank, Stanley, Clarence, Leonard, Richard Lempka, Martha Bigert, Janet Slesinski, Lucy Schank, Eileen Ohap and Marie Bleser.
She is survived by: her spouse Frank Slesinski Jr.; her sons, Donald Slesinski (Patricia) of Middletown, NY and Michael Spencer (Gwen) of Port Gamble, WA; her grandchildren, Jill (Nicole Kridos), Jennifer Slesinski and J. K. Spencer; and her siblings, Daniel Lempka (Sabina) and Carole Slover (George). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
