Foley of Goshen, New York, born in Bronx, New York, who passed away on March 15, 2024, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Duncan and Margaret Duncan (Maixner); and her husband Patrick Foley. She is survived by: her children, Shawn Foley (Kathleen) and Kelley Foley (Dan Kelley); her grandchildren, Carolyn, Jack, Kayla Foley, Jane and Anne Kelley; and her sister Irene Dooley.
