He was predeceased by: his parents, John Vincent and Mildred Sherlock (Range); his stepfather John Zawaski; and his pet Atlas. He is survived by: his children, Steven Sherlock (Catherine) and Tricia Sherlock (Darren Rea); his grandchildren, Carlin, Aiden Rea, Samuel and Kate Sherlock; his stepmother Mildred Carr; and his siblings, Cynthia Leese, Vincent Sherlock and Ann Daly.
In lieu of flowers John's family is requesting memorial donations be made to the Ronald McDonald House https://donor.rmh-newyork.org, of which John was a lifelong, donor and supporter.
