She was predeceased by: her parent Ambrose Carmody; and her husband Michael. She is survived by: her parent Catherine Carmody (McPhillips); her children, Richard DeStefano (Annie) of Montgomery, NY and Kathleen Gould (John) of Goshen, NY; and her grandsons, Michael Gould and Matthew DeStefano. She is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, sister-in-laws, brother-in-laws, friends.
