She was predeceased by: her parent Michael Sokolowski; her husband Joseph J. Mesnica; her brother Stanley Sokolofsky; her son-in-law John Bach Sr.; and her great grandchildren, Samantha Rose Duff, Paige Hazard and Isiah Charles.
She is survived by: her parent Frances Sokolowski (Rhein); her children, Carol Bach of Goshen, Gerry Farrell of Middletown, Jo-Ellen Smith (Kevin) of New Smyrna Beach, FL, Barbara Messina (Paul) of Goshen and Jay Mesnica of Middletown; her grandchildren, Jim Wood (Wendy), John Wood (Marlene), Cheryl Samz (Gary), Dawn Hazard (Michael), Rusty Granger (Paula), Jason Wilson (Sarah), Kelly Cox (Tim) and Megan Charles; and her great grandchildren, Michele Wood, Sara Wood, Jared Wood, Ryan Wood, Erin Wood, Katie Rose Duff, Brian Duff, Taylor Raimondo (Matthew), Kyle Doce, Claire Hazard, Chloe Hazard, Jesse Hazard, Aislyn Cox, Reagan Cox, Mariah Charles, Jeremiah Charles, Aimee Mendez and Abby Mendez. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews, as well as her beloved extended family, friends.
