He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Mary Levinstein (Pere) and David Levinstein; his sister Adelaide Rosenkoff; his former wife Sheila Levinstein; his children, Sue Rushford and Mark Levinstein (Sharon); and his grandchildren, Aliya (Phillip Kossover), Rebecca, Michael and Matthew Levinstein. He was also cherished by many cousins, nieces and nephews, and many wonderful friends.
