He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward O'Keefe and Julia O'Keefe (Gebauer); his wife Mary; and his brother Francis. He is survived by: his children, Thomas O'Keefe (Eileen) of Newton, MA, Eileen O'Keefe (Richard Martin) of Needham, MA, Karen Maridou of Suffern, NY and George E. O'Keefe, Jr. (Betty) of Tucson, AZ; his grandchildren, Aislinn, Brendan, Helen, Lauren, Katherine, Rebecca, Trevor, Bryan, Christopher, Tomai, Peter, Kathy, George III, Rodger and Brandy; and his great grandchildren, Clara, Natalie, Brady and Kayden.
