He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorothy B. Hammerschmidt and Vern Brown; his sons, Charlie and Gary Brown; his grandsons, Joe Almeida and Benjamin Brown; and his siblings, Chris and Marianne.
He is survived by: his children, Pete Brown (Jean), Peggy Brown, Curtis Brown (Kevin) and Sherry Brown; his daughters-in-law, Shay Brown and Rose Brown; and his brother David. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; and 21 great-grandchildren.
