She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph E. Smith and Dorothy VanAmburger Smith Jr.. She is survived by: her husband Vincent J. Rutkowski Sr. of Goshen; her children, Vincent J. Rutkowski Jr. (Sandy) of Concord, John R. Rutkowski (Renee) of Charlotte, Steven A. Rutkowski of Florida and Dorothy Ann Myers of Florida, NY; her grandchildren, Vincent, Harley, James and Johnette; her great grandchildren, Grace Myers and Salem Rosalie Rutkowski; her brother Daniel Smith of Gainesville, Florida; and also Josh. She is also survived by Several nieces, nephews & cousins, also great-nieces & nephews.
