He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Guzielek and Theresa Guzielek (Zaklukiewicz). He is survived by: his wife Kathy Nellis Guzielek; his children, Katie Warner (Ken), Kristine Knapp (Shaun), Claire Guzielek (Brett) and Matt Guzielek (Robyn); and his brothers, Fred (Marcia) and Chuck Guzielek (Linda). He is also survived by his 6 grandchildren.
Memorial donations in Williams memory may be made to the Prostrate Cancer Research.
