He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward T. Lamphear and Violet Page Lamphear; his wife Alberta Lamphear; and his children, David Lamphear and Beth Lamphear.
He is survived by: his children, Norman Lamphear of Mayfield, Constance Baurle of Gloversville, Sherry Lamphear of Gloversville, Thomas Lamphear, Jr. of Mayfield and Mark Lamphear of Gloversville; and his sisters, Mary Marsh of Fort Johnson and Barbara Thomas of Speculator. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
