Roseann Pagano Obituary
Roseann Gentile Pagano, age 78, of Gloversville, NY went home to the Lord on Wednesday, March 27, 2024.
Roseann was the daughter of the late Jerimiah and Anne (Salvatore) Gentile.
She is survived by her husband of 58 years, William; her son, Daniel Pagano (Sage), of Hingham, MA; her two grandchildren, Miles, and Julia; and sister, Barbara Sgambato (Peter), of Lake Worth, FL. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
After graduating from Gloversville High School in 1963, Roseann entered Albany Business College, where she met William (Bill) Pagano of Loudonville, and they married in September of 1965. After his graduation, Bill and Roseann moved to Boston, MA, where they lived for 15 years until moving to Vienna, VA in 1980. Upon both their retirement in 2008, Roseann and Bill returned to Gloversville to care for her mother. They then became "snowbirds", spending winters in Lake Worth, FL.
Roseann always had a smile to share with her many friends and was always generous with her time. She still met with her beloved high school girlfriends for lunch monthly in New York and was very involved with her community in Lake Worth. She enjoyed playing Mahjong, dining out, and going for rides in the car with her husband. Roseann loved her two grandchildren more than anything and she visited them as often as possible. Above all else Roseanne had a caring, kind, and loving spirit and always put others first.
