He was predeceased by: his parents, Douglas Hayes and Jeannine Hayes (Van Allen); and his siblings, John, William and Susan Hayes.
He is survived by: his significant other Mary Ann Wandel Baldwin; his siblings, Douglas, Dave, Timothy, Tommy, Crystal, Cindy, Amy and Sally; and his cousins, Wandel, Achzet and Leitch. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews.
