He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Pettit and Marion Pettit (Delong); and his brothers, Ronald and Robert Pettit. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Pettit; his children, Donna Williams (Jeffrey) and Shelley Brienza; his brothers, Charles Pettit Jr. and Thomas Pettit; and his grandchildren, Kate Tylutki, Kyle Zajaceskowski, Justine Christman, Cassandra Christman, Dennis Fisher and Alyssa Fisher. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
