He is survived by: his mother Susan Hickok (Surnear); his children, Presley Cross, Paisley Cross, Preston Cross, Issabella Surnear, Braylynn Surnear, Christian Surnear and Madalynn Myers; and his siblings, Tammy Lasher, Mitchell Swart, Angel Hickok, Josh Hickok, Edward Hickok, Rebecca Zuckerwar, Charlie Hickok, Kenny Hickok, Kevin Hickok and Marion Sweet. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
