She is survived by: her boyfriend Andrew Snyder; her children, John Rose (Stacey) and Kelly Cook (Kathy); her grandchildren, Troy Hayes and Brooke Rose; and her siblings, Mark Kenyon (Carol) and Sandra Frank.
