He was predeceased by: his parents, Andraos Shalhoub and Nour Shalhoub (Habib); his son Daniel J. Shalhoub; and his sister Mary Shalhoub. He is survived by: his wife Brenda E. Shalhoub (Guiles); his daughters, Heather Shalhoub and Crystal Shalhoub; and his siblings, Rose Feghali, George Shalhoub, John Shalhoub and Elias Shalhoub. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Memorial contributions may be made in lieu of flowers to the Make-A-Wish Foundation of NE New York, 3 Washington Square, Albany, NY 12205.
