He was predeceased by: his wife Donna. He is survived by: his significant other Wendy Tyler; his siblings, Robert Bazicki (Debbie), Linda Warner and Sally Bazicki; his stepdaughters, Brenda Lukasiewicz (Paul) and Catherine Marker; and his grandsons, Paul Lukasiewicz (Tatiana) and Ian Viall.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 24th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Halgas Funeral Home (111 Co Rd 106, Johnstown, NY 12095). A memorial service will be held on Sunday, November 24th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial contributions may be made to Ogunquit Marginal Way Preservation Fund, in care of the funeral home.
