She was predeceased by: her parents, Franklin Cook and Irene Cook (Dyer); her husbands, Claude "Jim" Thorpe and Robert Baird; and her son Douglas Chamberlain.
She is survived by: her sons, Jeffrey Chamberlain (Joli) and David Chamberlain (Laura); her grandchildren, Eliza Chamberlain, Emily Wilson, Dominic Suzuki, Zachary Suzuki and Doug Chamberlain; her brother David Cook of Round Rock, Texas; and her close friend Gene Saterlee.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 1st 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Rossi, Bellinger & Stewart Family Funeral Home (51 Fremont St, Gloversville, NY 12078).
