It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Florence Marie (Grant) Romaine of Gloversville, New York, who passed away on August 21, 2024, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Glen Grant and Margaret Grant (Riley); and her sisters, Margaret LaVada and Dawn Rava. She is survived by: her husband Walter H. Romaine (S. Marine Corps); her daughter Zoe Ann Thompson (David); her grandsons, David (Lindsay), Zachary, Jeremiah (Brittani) and Christopher (Sarah); her great grandchildren, Alyssa, Zachary, Jude, Adeline, Jeremiah Jr. and Vada Florence; and her sisters, Patricia Best and Caroline Snell. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and in-laws.
