With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Claudia M. DeVoe of Gloversville, New York, born in Broadalbin, New York, who passed away on February 16, 2025 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Edward Baird. She is survived by: her husband Stanley DeVoe Junior; her daughter Juanita DeVoe Griffin (Christopher) of Mohawk; her grandsons, Brandon Griffin (Cassandra) and Benjamin Griffin (Moriah) of Herkimer; her great grandchild Oliver Griffin; her siblings, Robert Baird (Carol) of Perth, Darlene Marrone (Mark) of Broadalbin and David Baird (Julie) of Fultonville; her daughter Melissa; and her siblings, Gerald Horton, Albert J. Baird, Kay A. Baird, Larry Baird, Edward C. Baird and Dennis G. Baird. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A funeral service was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Rossi, Bellinger & Stewart Funeral Home (51 Fremont St, Gloversville, NY 12078). A memorial service was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
