With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carol Ann Rorick of Gloversville, New York, who passed away on September 14, 2024 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid Carol Ann farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Carol Ann is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Dale Downer and Marion Downer (Moyer); her husband Robert A. Rorick Sr.; her sons, Robert A. Rorick II of Gloversville and Joseph M. Rorick of Colorado Springs, Colorado; her brother Dale H. Downer Jr. (Gail); and her niece Michelle Downer.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 17th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Rossi, Bellinger & Stewart Family Funeral Homes (51 Fremont St, Gloversville, NY 12078). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 17th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial contributions may be made in lieu of flowers to the Mountain Valley Hospice, 108 Steele Avenue, Gloversville, NY 12078.
