He was predeceased by: his parents, William Sr. Bills and Mary Bills (Laplache). He is survived by: his wife Jeanette Rulison of Gloversville; his daughters, Carlena Rafferty (Gary), Tina Murray (Brian Shevee) and Becky Jones (Scott); his siblings, William Bills Jr., Kevin Baker, Wayne Baker and Darlene Beyer (Tom); and his pet Precious. He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
