She was predeceased by: her parents, William Maxwell and Margaret Sullivan Maxwell; her brother John Maxwell; and her husband Emil J. Spiak. She is survived by: her siblings, Robert Maxwell, Margaret White and Helen Arakelian; her children, Therese and Emil; her friend Bridge; her children, Carol A. Vari of Orleans, MA, Eric J. Spiak of San Antonio, TX and Christine A. Bullis of Latham; and her granddaughter Emily Bullis of Cohoes. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
