He was predeceased by: his spouse Del Holden; and his parents, Walter Holden and Mabel Holden. He is survived by: his children, Linda Kraus (John), Bepa (Luke Rogers) of Alison and Leah Kraus (Jake Worthington); and his significant other Mary Jane Prusczak. He is also survived by relatives and friends.

Donations may be made in Eugene's name to Hospice of Buffalo or the Alzheimer's Association.
