He is survived by: his wife Diane Dougherty (Kobylinski) of Glenville, NY; his children, Brian Dougherty (Nicole Nittinger) of Broadalbin, NY, William "Bill" E. Dougherty (Giovanna) of Telford, PA and Sharon Dougherty; his grandchildren, Nora, Anna, Samuel, Sarah Walters (Scott) and Nicholas Dougherty; his brother-in-law Kenneth Kobylinski (Mary) of Harborcreek, PA; his niece Abby Lang (A. J.) of Durham, NC; and his nephew Kyle Kobylinski (Kaci) of Erie, PA.
