He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Walter Bullis and Yolanda Bullis (Beimer); his wife Gail Campbell; his children, John Bullis, Campbell Osborne, Victor Osborne, Teri Thomas and Victoria Osborne; his niece Michelle Harrell; and his grandchildren, Jazmin Thomas, Iain Bullis, Jesika Thomas, Erica Harrell, Jaqui Thomas and Alexis Harrell.
