He is survived by: his children, Matthew Kergel (Jeanne), Jeremy Kergel (Mandy), Zachary Kergel (Monica), Judith Caldwell (Joshua) and Elizabeth Lindley (Kyle); his grandchildren, Jenna Teal, Samuel Kergel, Kiri Kergel, Thomas Kergel, Daniel Kergel, Kaitlyn Kergel, Lia Kergel, Isabella Kergel, Riley Lindley and Myles Lindley; his nieces, Karen and Jillian; his nephew Stephen; and his sister Janet Bendt.
