He was predeceased by: his parents, Edmund Strain and Barbara Kramer (Turner). He is survived by: his wife Viviane Strain; his children, Timothy Strain of Glenville, NY, Nicole Sweeney (Michael) of Glenmont, NY, Michelle Welborn (Zach) of Surfside Beach, SC and Christina Farello (Glenn) of Chantilly, VA; and his great grandchild Connor Strain. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, one great grandchild, 5 siblings and many nieces and nephews.
