He is survived by: his wife Mary DeLegge Stater; his children, Bartholomew Stater of Pottstown, PA, Christopher Stater of Glenville, Maria Hannon (Mark) of Glenville, Elisa Stater of Brooklyn, Lori Stater Burch of Glenville and Michele Stater of Glenville; his grandchildren, Evan, Darren Stater, Joelle Lancaster and Cameron Burch; his great grandchild Scarlet Lancaster; and his brother John Stater. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
