He was predeceased by: his parents, Joachim Plotka and Halina Plotka (Baclawska); and his brother Waldemar. He is survived by: his wife Janina Kohnke; his daughters, Maggie Pomeroy (Brian) and Agnes Sutton (Michael); his grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Brandon, Ryan, Steven and Nichole; and his sisters, Matojorzata and Katarzyna.
